Quantitative Fluoroscence Applications (QFA-FRET) is a NEW module incorporating selection and customizing of algorithms based on published methods for accurate crosstalk correction, FRET measurement and visualization. Acquisition for FRET analysis requires excitation/emission filters selected for correct spectral separation of the fluorophores involved. Unavoidable crosstalk or bleed-through between channels requires verified processing corrections. FRET efficiencies and normalizations, are quickly calculated and displayed by this structured module. |
